According to Forbes Magazine, Chicago is the 6th most miserable city in which to live. The rankings are based on statistical surveys of the 150 largest metro areas in the United States, and considers commute times, income tax rates, unemployment, violent crime and weather. Maybe Gov. Blagojevich can now blame his low approval ratings on Chicagoans preexisting misery and not on, well, him.
